Filing
for bankruptcy is a personal decision that should be carefully
considered. On the positive side,
declaring bankruptcy includes ending creditor harassment and discharge
of certain debts. On the negative side, bankruptcy will include a black mark on your credit
report for up to 10 years, loss of anything but a secured credit card
