Credit Repair Sample Letter
Its important
to request a copy of your credit reports from the
three major credit reporting
agencies at least once a year to confirm the
accuracy of the information contained in their databases.
When
you request your report, provide the following information:
- your
full name (including generations such as Jr., Sr., III)
- your
birth date
- your
Social Security number
- your
spouse's name (if applicable)
- your
telephone number, and
- your
current address and addresses for the previous five years.
Please call to
verify the information that each agency needs to send you a credit
report.
Look
over your credit reports carefully and notify the credit reporting
agency of any inaccurate information.
